Specifications and recommendations

• Loghomes are very healthy and are especially recommended for people suffering from asthma, nervous diseases or heart.
• In these homes there is no electrostatic or magnetic field, which diminishes the negative effects of some classical buildings such as stress or apathy.
• Loghomes will produce a spectacular exterior design. The ingenious modeling of the internal structure is done quick and easy leaving the possibility of harmonious combination of different building materials: rigips, stone, panels.

Prices

The price per sqm of surface area for the logs construction are:

• 170-200 euro - without finishes * variable depending on the diameter of the log and number of interior walls
• from 450 euro – all finishes included

The constructions without finishes involve exterior and interior walls, the attic with the beams and the roof mounted, no tiles.

For the sandwich houses:

• 100 euro/sqm - without finishes
• from 350 euro - all finishes included

For massive wood homes or wood layers, prices are:

• 80 euro / sqm for simple joinery with a thickness of 30mm of wall
• 95 euro / sqm for simple joinery with a thickness of 40mm of wall
• 130 euro on areas for the thickness of 60mm or 170 with complete woodwork
• 220 euro for the thickness of 90mm or 270 with complete carpentry
• 260 euro for the thickness of 120mm sau 300 with complete carpentry.

For the classical constructions made of POROTHERM bricks with a thickness of the outer wall of 30cm prices are:

• 170 euro/mp without finishes
• de la 400 euro/mp with finishes

IN THIS PERIOD ALL ORDERS RECEIVE A FREE SOLAR PANELS KIT FOR HOT WATER PRODUCED BY REHAU GERMANY

The mounting of the construction can be made at the location provided by customer for a commission of

• 15%, for constructions without finishes;
• 25% for constructions with finishes;

A house of 100-150mp takes about 3-4 weeks.
